SPORTING CLUB XMAS PARTY

Hi Luke,

 

Just a quick note about the party last Saturday night.

 

The surf machine was a hit for both kids and adults, but perhaps the biggest hit was your Planet Entertainment staff member.

 

Apart from being on time, setting up and pulling down with an absolute minimum of fuss, I don't think there was one stage throughout the whole evening where he didn't have a smile on his face. He was helpful and friendly and I am positive he added to the success of the experience. Please be sure to let him know how much we appreciated him!

 

And please know that everyone was madly flicking through the catalogue that he left us, seeing what other attractions you provide.

I just wanted to thank Planet Entertainment for the assistance with our presentation day. For the second year in a row I have found Planet Entertainment to be very helpful and easy to deal with through the enquiry and planning stages, the communication, assistance and service on the day was exemplary.

 

We were very pleased with the products that we ordered and again, you company sent out staff that were good at dealing with over excited kids of all ages. We finished our presentations early due to the heat and I was impressed that your staff helped us deal with the heat by setting up a waterslide quickly so the kids could start playing whilst other amusements were being set up.

 

I thought the whole process last year was impressive and your staff were excellent and I was very impressed that everything this year, was as good as last year. Your consistency says a lot about your company and staff culture. I will definitely be using Planet Entertainment for all our entertainment needs going forward and will recommend your company to others.

SCHOOL FETE

Dear Tony,

 

I spoke with the Principal today and we both agreed the vibe in Erko Berzeko's Kidzone - Where Planet Entertainment's rides were located - was really positive and happy all day long. All credit must go to your crew who were friendly and polite from setup to smoothly managing hundreds of excited children all day long and it was such a hot, exhausting day for them.

 

Hearing too, how accommodating and professional you, Chris and Daniel have been in the lead up to the event, the Principal said she would have no hesitation in recommending Planet Entertainment to other schools. Thanks very much for contributing to the success of a great day of fun and fundraising for Erskineville Public School.

FAMILY FESTIVAL

21st BIRTHDAY PARTY

Hi Tony,

I am writing to inform you how impressed everyone was, regarding the operator, who operated our Mechanical Bull. He was great with the young kids explaining what he was doing and the 21yr olds and us oldies thought he was great.

His manner, professionalism and all round performance and hard worker we cannot praise enough. Please let him know what a great job he did on the night and how it took the pressure off me with the party. I will recommend this site to everyone that needs party help.

PRIVATE FUNCTION- LAST MINUTE BOOKING

Hi Claire, Just wanted to say  a big thank you for organizing this at the very last moment, you did a great job. Also just wanted to pass onto to you and your management the fantastic job the two young men you sent out to my son’s party. They never stopped working in very hot conditions, and  with a lot of  annoying kids, even when we asked them to have a break they were still more concerned about giving all the kids a go rather than taking a break. In fact they worked throughout. CHURCH FUNCTION 

Thank You Tony,

We have in the past used a different company. But after today, we will never use them again. The outstanding service provided by the 3 gentlemen who came down so impressed us. They were kind to the children well mannered polite.
The people who attended the function were impressed by them, the parents and also the staff here at the church. After some electrical issues - stress (our fault) the boys handled themselves very professionally, happy during all times. 
I was very happy that on Sunday morning the phone was answered also. Thank You. What great service. As I said the men today were so good we will never use our old company again.

The boys mentioned they probably should get a pay rise. I wish you could they were so impressive.

I do have to apologise for those few children who had to be thrown off for being naughty (not from our school) so sorry!
