We learnt from mistakes we made holding a similar event 2 years ago where we only made $1000 on the rides...but this year we smashed it and made $7,500 after following all your advice about pre-sales and price points. Thank you!!

A massive thank you to you both and your staff who attended our Birchgrove Public School fete. The kids had a blast and loved the rides so it was a success. Considering the weather I am glad we still made $ as I thought it was going to be a lot less! You are all delightful to deal with so thank you from all the parents at the school. Your staff were all fantastic - they kept the rides open as long as possible and reopened as soon as they could. The kids loved it - Wet 'n' Wild right here in the heart of Mosman 🙂 We started packing up the Fair around 1pm and I know they stayed on til at least 3:30/4 before they were done. I'm so impressed with their professionalism and especially Luca who took time out to help with the candy floss and still had a smile on his face at the end. Thanks and I look forward to next year!

Luke, before the crazy week commences for us next week, we would both like to thank you for all your dedication, promptness and assistance with organising our rides and games for our Carnival Day over the last 17 months. Your patience and service has been exceptional. BTW – I was working at the Coogee Festival and must say your supervisors on site where fantastic and we are both proud to be having such a reputable company & great staff on board for our Carnival day!

I wish to congratulate your staff for conducting themselves in the highest manner at our local fair yesterday. So many people were taken back by their calmness with the 100's of children at the event. My son who can be shy at these events was given extra time to overcome his fear with the rock climb wall. The planet Ent staff member recognised this and approached the matter carefully and showed great patience. My son reached the top to hit the buzzer and on the return received a great smile and high five from the staff member which sealed his achievement. I wish your company every success and look forward to seeing you back at our local fair again next year.

A special thanks to all your crew on that day at The Forest High School for the hard work to in making this happen, it was such an awesome day with the inflatable rides. Was one of the best ways to celebrate our last couple of days at high school.
