A special thanks to all your crew on that day at The Forest High School for the hard work to in making this happen, it was such an awesome day with the inflatable rides. There was nothing bad that happened on that day and I would like to congratulate all your crew which acted with great responsibility and manner on that day to make it a special day for all of us (students).

The morning was fantastic. The boys loved it. Your staff were great and allowed the morning to run smoothly. The pack up was seem less. Very happy with the Planet Entertainment service.

A HUGE thank you for the amazing customer service and providing the inflatables at our Benedict Day event last week. You are so great to work with and I look forward to working again with you on this event next year.

I wanted to reach out personally and express my heartfelt thanks for your wonderful participation and support during Sony Camp this week. We are truly grateful for the time, care, and energy you put into the day, and for the joy and excitement you helped bring to our campers.

Your staff were all fantastic – they kept the rides open as long as possible and reopened as soon as they could. The kids loved it – Wet ‘n’ Wild right here in the heart of Mosman 🙂 We started packing up the Fair around 1pm and I know they stayed on til at least 3:30/4 before they were done. I’m so impressed with their professionalism and especially Luca who took time out to help with the candy floss and still had a smile on his face at the end.

We learnt from mistakes we made holding a similar event 2 years ago where we only made $1000 on the rides…but this year we smashed it and made $7,500 after following all your advice about pre-sales and price points. Thank you!!

A massive thank you to you both and your staff who attended our Birchgrove Public School fete. The kids had a blast and loved the rides so it was a success. Considering the weather I am glad we still made $ as I thought it was going to be a lot less! You are all delightful to deal with so thank you from all the parents at the school. I am leaving the school as a parent with my son in year 6 so I will pass on your details to the fete committee and hope it all goes well next year! I hope you have a brill week.

I wish to congratulate your staff for conducting themselves in the highest manner at our local fair yesterday. So many people were taken back by their calmness with the 100’s of children at the event.

My son who can be shy at these events was given extra time to overcome his fear with the rock climb wall. The planet Ent staff member recognised this and approached the matter carefully and showed great patience. My son reached the top to hit the buzzer and on the return received a great smile and high five from the staff member which sealed his achievement.

I wish your company every success and look forward to seeing you back at our local fair again next year.

Luke, before the crazy week commences for us next week, we would both like to thank you for all your dedication, promptness and assistance with organising our rides and games for our Carnival Day over the last 17 months.

Your patience and service has been exceptional.

BTW – I was working at the Coogee Festival and must say your supervisors on site where fantastic and we are both proud to be having such a reputable company & great staff on board for our Carnival day!

I just wanted to thank everyone from Planet Entertainment who helped make our Ultimate Family Fun Day such a huge success.

THANK YOU - Joshua, Juan, Ramiro, Vicente, Cristina, Camila, Shara, Yeimi, Adam and Michael - You were all absolutely amazing. So friendly and easy to communicate with - and very patient with our kids (and their families). You were se easy-going and happy to adjust games for our kids. You made the whole day such a fun experience for everyone who attended.

THANK YOU - Tony - You really helped us get a better understanding of where we would be able to place the attractions and gave us confidence that what we were hoping to do would work - and the time to move things around that wouldn't work.
